This role and responsibilities of the Policy, Document and CQI Officer, working under limited direction will include:
- Organisation document development: Work together with document owners within the organisation in systematically researching, reviewing and developing documents such as Policies, Manuals, procedures, guidelines and forms. Keep track on all organisation documents review date via an automated system and start review process
- Stakeholder engagement: Participate in stakeholder meetings and forums, assisting in gathering feedback and fostering meaningful relationships.
- Documentation and reporting: Help prepare reports, briefing documents and presentations
- Project support: Provide assistance to policy-related projects, ensuring tasks are completed effectively and align with Nunkuwarrin Yunti objectives
- Knowledge sharing: Contribute to the QSR and Organisational succuss by sharing insights and learnings
- Record Management: in the area of as administrator of an Electronic Document Records Management system (EDRMS) including systems settings and security
- Demonstrated experience: in the coordination and processing of Right to Information and information privacy requests
- Demonstrated Knowledge: of Records Management Frameworks, Retention and Disposal schedules, policies and procedures.
- Maintain currency of knowledge and implications of all legislation, regulations, standards and guidelines relevant to the organisation
- Demonstrated knowledge: documents especially policies is crucial in fields such as law, healthcare, education, and government.
